The brushes are easy to remove and replace, with optional resin and metal cleaning brushes available. The sensor on FT-720 has covers that are easy to remove, clean, and replace, maximizing the life of the sensor. The front opening of the FT-720 has a removable adjuster to accommodate a variety of tip shapes. The housing is ESD-safe and can be mounted to existing FH-200 iron holders in place of the sponge/tip cleaner tray.
