Strings which have been opened from the wrapping are unfortunately not returnable. If we find the item to be defective then there will be no extra shipping charges.
There is no restocking fee.

100% of the purchase price can be used to upgrade to a higher priced RSV violin, viola, cello, or bass.
• Returning an Item Checklist:
1] Call us to recieve a RMA number. Put the RMA number on the box.
2] Use the same box/padding the item was shipped in.
3] Cross out the old labels.
4] Please ship “UPS or Fedex overnight ” to prevent heat or cold damage to violins.
5] Please send your return on or before Thursday to prevent it from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend. If your instrument or other delicate item (bows, etc) are not shipped overnight or second day and arrive with heat or cold damage, you will be charged for any necessary repairs.
